Game: Eternal Tombs (“Game,” “Service”)
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you (“you,” “your,” “User,” or “Player”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Game. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Triune Studios LLC.
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 13 or 18, depending on local law) and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. If you are accessing the Game on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Triune grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use the Game and related content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Game.
When accessing or playing Eternal Tombs you agree you will not to:
Triune may take disciplinary action for violations, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans.
All content within the Game, including graphics, code, characters, storylines, music, and trademarks, is owned by Triune Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Certain features may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Game may offer optional paid items, features, or subscriptions (“Paid Items”). All purchases are final except where required by applicable law. Prices and availability may change at any time. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using the Game, you consent to such data practices.
Triune may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time. Provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Triune disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triune shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Triune’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Oregon.
Triune may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms within the Game or on our website. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
